
JORGE JRISINCO
Jorge was born in 1955 in San Nicolas, an industrial city, 150 miles outside
Buenos Aires,Argentina.
At a young age, he moved with his family to Mar del Plata, a city in
Southern part of Argentina.
There Jorge graduated from high school,and enrolled in a ceramic studio
nearby, where he learned to work with clay, wood and a significant variety
of materials.
He worked there until 1991, time in wich he decided to migrate to the United
States of America, more specifically to Miami, Florida.
Consequently, Jorge studied international business at the University of
Miami,and simultaneously began studying Art History and painting at Miami
Dade College with the renowned artist and professor: Baruj Salinas.
Since 1995, Jorge has participated in numerous exhibitions throughout
various cities in United States and Europe.
Jorge paints in his studio in Miami Springs and dedicates himself to
explorational collage,as well as encaustic and etching, as his three primary
forms of expression.
His works center around the concept of abstract-expressionism, and around
this theme, they allude to his childhood, specifically to the toys he played
with, as well as the ones he created.
